Answer: they are just some of the services and facilities listed in Pendle Council's A - Z Guide to services.
The comprehensive guide is now available to all Pendle residents free of charge.
It lists all of the Council's services along with some services provided by other organisations such as Lancashire County Council and Pendle Leisure Trust.
John Kirk, Executive Director for Services, said: "The Council provides over two hundred services; the full range of these is listed in the A - Z which acts as a single source of reference for everyone."
Cllr. Alan Davies, Leader of Pendle Council, added: "Local people value local services and this guide aims to make services more accessible to all residents. It should be kept by the phone at all times."
The guide is available from any Council Office.
