

Marsden Park is being restored to its former glory over the next four years.
£1.5 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund, pendle Council and other sources is going to be spent on the improvements.
Kevin Singleton, Project Manager for the Redevelopment of Marsden Park, said: "In total, thirteen projects will be carried out over the four years to make Marsden Park a wonderful area for the whole community to use and enjoy."
The first project was to create a new play area, which was completed and officially opened on 10th September 2004 and now the second project is underway.
