Work programme for 2004/2005
- Regeneration Best Value Review (which will require 3 Overview & Scrutiny members)
- The Process of Democracy Best Value Review (currently being written up)
- To receive presentations by Service Managers on their Service Plans, Performance Indicators and Improvement Plans
- Regular monitoring of Executive Forward Plan
- To receive the Annual Internal Audit Report
- Bi-monthly monitoring of the Member Development Programme
- To meet at least annually with each of the Executive Portfolio holders
- To receive six-monthly reports from the Council's co-optee on the County Council's Health Scrutiny Committee
- To share information with relevant Key Priority Groups of the LSP to avoid duplication
- To monitor the Annual Work Programme and make recommendations for 2005/06
- To prepare an annual report
- Reviews/Policy Development -
- Taxi Licensing Policy
- Operation of the Area Committees
- Protocol at full Council meetings
- Planned monitoring of reviews
