Accidents at Work

Reporting of Injuries, Disease and Dangerous Occurrences

Regulations 1995

Should an accident happen in the work place or you suffer an injury due to a serious dangerous occurrence (explosion, gas release etc) or disease, it should be reported under the RIDDOR 95 regulations:

• Ensure you record accident details in the accident book at the place of the incident.
• Find out if the injury is reportable.
• If it is, send details on form F2508 to:

• Accidents can also be reported via the RIDDOR website at www.riddor.gov.uk
