By securing funding to assist the transformation of derelict and vacant sites, the Regeneration Unit has helped to breathe new life into previously neglected areas of Pendle.

Bannisters Bakery
Phil Bannister of bannisters Bakery is very grateful for the financial support that eased the path towards the acquisition of a new building to house the well known traditional Nelson business. "I doubt we could have realised our ambitions so quickly without the involvement of the Regeneration Unit. They have been a constant help and their staff smoothed the way through the application process to enable bannisters to obtain much appreciated grant support."
Farmhouse Biscuits
