Are you looking for new business premises, either as a new business or as someone wishing to relocate? If so, Pendle's Regeneration Unit has what you need.
Pendle Borough Council provides the opportunity to search for land and property easily by collating all commercial vacancies on a monthly basis. Each month we contact property agents, developers and independent property owners to ensure that all entries in the register are accurate and that any new properties on the market are included. If you own or manage a commercial property which is on the market, and wish for it to be advertised in the Property Register, please contact our Assistant Regeneration Officer on the number below. Clients are offered three options:
1. Pendle Property Register
This FREE publication contains details of available business premises in the Pendle area, which are separated into industrial, retail, office and development land. Each property entry provides the address, the minimum and maximum sizes of the property, the terms of lease or sale, the agents contact details and a detailed description. 2. Unique Search
If you have a good idea of the type of property you are seeking, in terms of size, location and cost, we can save you the hassle of searching through the information yourself by carrying out a property search for you using East Lancashire's Property Pilot database.
3. Search the Web
The East Lancashire Partnership has developed an exciting new property website to promote the benefit of doing business in East Lancashire. The East Lancs Property website features a searchable database of sites and premises in the East Lancashire region. Pendle companies looking to expand or companies considering relocating to Pendle are now able to carry out site and premises searches, based on their exact personal requirements, making sure the results match their specific needs.
